The Gatelodge is located at the entrance of Brook Hall Estate & Gardens, only 3 miles from the city centre and 7 miles from City of Derry Airport. Built in the early 1800s, it is a traditional yet comfortable and well-presented cottage, furnished to a high standard with all basic amenities. With four bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeping 4 - 6, it is perfect for both families and groups alike.
Brook Hall Estate & Gardens is the home of one of the finest arboretums on the island of Ireland hosting over 400 unique varieties of trees, plants and shrubs. Guests can enjoy free access to the gardens upon request. You will have full private access to the Gatelodge with off road parking for two vehicles. Lounge with fireplace and TV and kitchen with full amenities listed below.
